This session is to help those with chronic pain, sports related injuries, pain management and other physical traumas. An initial consultation session will determine what will comprise this session and self care. $85 hr session / $110 1 1/2 hr follow up session
Therapeutic Massage
A heavy handed, stress busting hour on the table to work out the knots and tightness in your muscles and leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed. $75 hr / $100 1 1/2 hr
Relaxation Massage
An hour of long, relaxing massage strokes. Best to soothe and calm your body, mind and nourish your spirit and soul. $65 hr / $90 1 1/2 hr
Relaxation Massage with Reflexology
Same as above with 15 - 20 minutes of foot reflexology . Delightful! You will leave floating on air. $75 a session
Aromatherapy Massage
A Relaxation massage with an essential oil of your choice to be added to your own personal massage oil and afterwards take the oil home with you. $75hr
Reflexology Session
A 50 minute foot reflexology session to bring the body into balance by stimulating reflex points on the feet or hands that correspond to the different parts of the body. $55 session
Aromatherapy Session
The benefits of essential oils has long been known to help with life's stresses. Designed with you to address specific complaints. You will receive one session application and instructions for home use . $35 + price of oils
Hot Stone
An hour Relaxation massage using warm stones to melt away the stress and knots that come with living a stressful life. (it just feels good) $85 hr
